 Do your items come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
All autographed items come with a certificate of authenticity, either from Eagle Sports or a third party forensic authentication service. Authenticity is paramount at Eagle Sports, as we only sell/purchase items from one of our signings, from another promoter's signings, or if the item is accompanied from a court-qualified handwriting examiner.
Can I return an item purchased directly from Eagle Sports?
You may return any item for thirty days after purchasing it. Items returned after thirty days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned items must be accompanied by our Certificate of Authenticity. Please contact us before returning any item.
I am a dealer who is considering to purchase more than a half dozen of the same item. What sort of discount does Eagle Sports offer to retailers/wholesalers?
Please contact an Eagle Sports representative if you are interested in purchasing items in bulk. We will be glad to discuss quantity discounts with you. Some items we can offer at lower prices if a large amount is purchased, while others we cannot. Click here for wholesale information.
How much is the charge for shipping?
Within the United States, we generally ship UPS, so please do not give us PO boxes if possible. Our minimum shipping charge for 1 ball, photo, cap, boxing glove, or mini-helmet within the U.S. is $6.95. Our minimum shipping charge for 1 bat, jersey, helmet, football, or basketball within the U.S. is $8.95. Please contact us for costs on shipping all other items within the U.S., as well as international shipping rates.
What methods of payment does Eagle Sports accept?
We accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
I am running an event and am interested in having a celebrity make an appearance to liven up or make more people attend my function. Can Eagle Sports help?
Sure, we will be willing to help you get a celebrity to make a public appearance at your event. We have worked with numerous celebrities, both from the worlds of sports and Hollywood entertainment. Through our contacts, we can find a celebrity that would fit your event's needs.
